PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service, explains how AllCruises LLC (“AllCruises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with www.allcruises.com (the “Website”) and the cruise search, referral, content, communications, and related features we make available (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that bookings are not handled by us. When you select a cruise, you may be taken to a booking platform operated by Cruisebound, Inc. Cruisebound is the seller of travel and merchant of record for those bookings, and its own privacy policy applies there. This Privacy Policy does not cover Cruisebound’s booking platform.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that AllCruises collects or controls through the Services. That includes when you browse our Website, search for cruises, interact with our advertisements or communications, contact us, or otherwise use our Services.

It does not apply to the Cruisebound booking platform. If you continue to book.allcruises.com or another Cruisebound-operated booking page, Cruisebound collects and controls the information you provide there. That includes traveler details, checkout and payment information, booking confirmations, customer support and chat records, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to third-party websites, services, applications, social-media platforms, advertising platforms, cruise lines, or other third parties, even when linked through the Services. Those parties have their own privacy policies and practices.

  • We may also receive information from service providers, advertising and analytics partners, social-media platforms, Cruisebound, and other third parties that support our Services and marketing activities.

Please do not send us payment-card numbers, government-issued identification numbers, passport information, health information, traveler details, or other sensitive personal information through email or the Website unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate secure channel.

How is your information used?

We may use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • Providing and operating the Services, including making the Website available, displaying cruise-search content, responding to inquiries, and maintaining the functionality of the Services.

  • Improving the Services, including understanding how users navigate the Website and booking funnel, evaluating content and campaigns, testing features, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving Website performance and user experience.

  • Personalizing content and marketing, including presenting content, offers, and advertising that may be relevant to your interests.

  • AI tools and automation, such as operating, monitoring, improving, training, testing, fine-tuning, evaluating, troubleshooting, auditing, and refining AI-powered tools, prompts, workflows, and related automation used in connection with the Services.

  • Advertising, analytics, and attribution, including measuring the performance of our marketing and referral activities, understanding how users interact with the Website and booking journey, improving our advertising Services, and reporting conversions to advertising and analytics partners.

  • Security and fraud prevention, including protecting the Services, investigating suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents, and enforcing our Terms.

  • Communications, including responding to inquiries, sending legal or service notices, and other communications as permitted by applicable law.

  • Complying with legal obligations, such as responding to legal process, court orders, law enforcement requests, and regulatory obligations.

  • Aggregate and deidentified uses, meaning we may create aggregated, pseudonymized, or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify you and may use that information for lawful business purposes.

  • Other uses due to your request, consent, or as otherwise authorized by law.

Do we use cookies or automated technologies?

Like most websites, we and our providers and partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to automatically collect device, browser, internet, and other usage information when you use the Website.

These technologies collect online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location based on IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, clickstream information, advertising interactions, and similar information. We use that information to operate and secure the Website, personalize the user experience, understand how the Services are used, measure the effectiveness of marketing, and support analytics and advertising.

The Website uses Google Ads and Microsoft Ads conversion tracking, the Meta pixel, and PostHog analytics, including session recording. Session recording captures how you interact with pages, such as page views, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and navigation. It may also capture text you type into fields on our Website. These tools are not intended to capture payment card information or other sensitive personal information. By using the Website, you consent to this recording by us and by our providers acting on our behalf.

We do not operate the Cruisebound booking platform and we do not control the tracking technologies used there.

Cruisebound also sends us referral, booking-funnel, and conversion information from its booking platform. This information may include click IDs, booking or conversion events, and hashed or other pseudonymous identifiers derived from contact information, such as an email address. We may use this information in our analytics environment and disclose it to advertising and analytics partners, including Google and Microsoft, to measure and attribute advertising conversions and improve our marketing. We limit this information to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes and do not receive payment card information, traveler names, plaintext email addresses, phone numbers, or dates of birth through this feed.

Depending on the technologies and partners involved, our disclosure of online identifiers and activity information to advertising, analytics, and social media partners may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as processing for “targeted advertising” or “cross-context behavioral advertising,” under some U.S. state privacy laws. We treat it that way and offer the opt-out described below. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

How is your information disclosed to others?

Generally, AllCruises discloses information for the same business and commercial reasons that it collects and uses information, such as to provide and improve the Services, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and support relevant marketing.

Specifically, we may share personal information under these circumstances:

  • To service providers and vendors that help us run the Services, such as cloud hosting, website and security vendors, analytics providers, professional advisors, and similar vendors acting on our behalf.

  • To advertising, analytics, and marketing partners, who may receive identifiers (including cookie identifiers, click IDs, device information, online activity information, and hashed or pseudonymous identifiers) to support ad targeting, retargeting, attribution, audience measurement, and campaign performance, analytics, session replay, and related measurement or troubleshooting activities.

  • To Cruisebound, to support the booking handoff, recognize and measure referral activity, and support our white-label relationship. Cruisebound independently controls the information it collects on its own platform;

  • To related parties, in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transactions.

  • To legal parties, where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of AllCruises, users, vendors, or others.

  • To others, due to your request, with your consent, or as otherwise authorized by law.

Bookings and Cruisebound privacy requests

Cruisebound controls the booking experience and is responsible for the information it collects for travel search, traveler details, payment, booking confirmation, customer support, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment.

If your privacy request relates to a booking, traveler details, payment, Cruisebound customer support or chat, or a Cruisebound communication, please contact Cruisebound using the options on the booking platform or in your booking confirmation. If you send that kind of request to us, we will forward it to Cruisebound and reasonably help where we can.

AI and automated tools

We use artificial intelligence and automation to help build and operate the Website, including generating and organizing cruise content, analyzing usage patterns, and improving our marketing. We do not use these tools to make decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect.

Customer support chat on the booking platform, including any AI assistant, is provided by Cruisebound, not by AllCruises. What you type into that chat is collected and controlled by Cruisebound under its privacy policy. Please do not enter payment card numbers, passport or government ID numbers, or health information into a chat window.

Sales, sharing, and targeted advertising disclosures

Depending on the technologies and partners AllCruises uses, certain disclosures of cookie identifiers, device information, online activity information, and similar data to advertising, analytics, and social media partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

AllCruises provides a “Your Privacy Choices” link on its Website to give users a way to exercise applicable opt-out rights relating to cookie-based advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, and similar data uses. Submitting an opt-out request through available tools may limit certain advertising-related disclosures going forward, subject to applicable law, browser or device settings, and technical limitations.

What are your privacy rights?

Certain privacy laws may grant users rights relating to their personal information, depending on the user’s state or country of residence and subject to applicable law. If applicable, you may have the right to:

  • Access certain personal information and request information about the categories of data collected, the sources of that data, the purposes for collection and use, and the categories of third parties to whom data is disclosed;

  • Delete certain personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Receive a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;

  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or marketing practices where required by law;

  • Appeal a denial of certain privacy requests where required by law; and

  • Be free from discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To exercise applicable privacy rights, you may use the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Website or contact us at legal@allcruises.com. We may take steps to verify your identity before responding to a request and may deny or limit requests as permitted by law. We will also tell the third parties we sold or shared your information with about your request and direct them to comply with it and to pass it along.

An opt-out you make on the AllCruises Website applies to our processing. Cruisebound controls its own booking platform and its own tracking, so you will need to use Cruisebound’s controls there.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is still no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described in this policy.

If applicable law requires an appeals process and we deny your request in whole or in part, we will provide instructions on how to appeal.

How is your information protected and retained?

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using the Services in a secure manner.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, complete transactions, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve AI systems and operations, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, the sensitivity of the data, the likelihood of litigation, and legal or operational requirements.

Do we collect information about children?

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us at legal@allcruises.com.

Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Some browsers and devices offer privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” settings. Because the legal and technical treatment of these signals is evolving, AllCruises may recognize certain legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable and technically feasible.

Users outside the United States

AllCruises is based in the United States, and the Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on the Website and change the “Last Updated” date above.
